this book was a true labor of love, and even harder to keep a secret. it took me two and a half years to make (!) and test, write, and design these 100+ recipes (!!) because i wanted to be sure to get it just right for you.
TAHINI BABY is a book filled with everyday middle eastern & mediterranean-inspired recipes that just happen to be vegetarian – my bread & butter (or rather, bread & tahini). but with this book, i wanted to bring you an elevated, yet still totally accessible, brand-new treasure trove of goodness to sink your teeth into. it's a perfect companion to my first book, EATING OUT LOUD, and they look gorgeous together if i do say so myself.
